Desert Cooling Systems is family owned and operated. We have lived in the Victor Valley area since 1980. We founded DCS to meet a growing need in our community for a more customer oriented Hvac service organization.
In recent years, more and more Hvac companies are changing their businesses to utilize the hard close/hard sale technique, which is perceived to generate more revenue quickly through costly equipment replacements versus repair and maintenance. This alienates the customer through deception (unnecessary equipment/part change-out) and exorbitant pricing which offers no longevity for the company and very unhappy customers.
It is essentially a quick buck scheme.
DCS was conceived to combat this quick buck scheme by offering you, our customer, a better and more reliable alternative to their sales representatives. We offer true service technicians who will meet your heating and cooling needs both reliably and affordably.
Extensive background in the Design, Installation, Maintenance and Repair of Electrical and Hvac Equipment and Materials; Ability to Read and Interpret Blueprints and Schematics. Highly Computer Literate.
Skilled in Employee Supervision including Training, Scheduling, Organizing, and Coordinating; Ability to deal effectively with complex situations; Ability to troubleshoot and take corrective action on projects.
